About this house rental

Newly built apartment on a farm in Mödling.

The vacation rental is located right next to the valley run in Hopfgarten.
When there is enough snow, you can ski directly to and from the house. It takes about 8 minutes to walk to the gondola.

The apartment has rustic furnishings and is located on the 1st floor (accessible via an outdoor staircase).
1 bedroom, 1 kitchen-living room with a pull-out couch (for up to 2 people), shower/toilet, approximately 40 square meters.
Fully equipped kitchen with oven, electric stove, freezer, dishes, and dishwasher.

There is a playground in the garden for younger guests.

On-site costs: Electricity, water, and heating included. City tax not included. Pets: €12 per day/night, not included.

Check-in is from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM, and check-out is from 7:00 AM to 9:00 AM.
