About this apartment rental
The "Apartmenthaus Atlantik" offers wonderful vacation apartments right on the beach. In this 53-square-meter Upstalsboom 3-room apartment, kbat213, with a balcony and a wonderful ocean view, up to 4 people and a family dog can enjoy their Baltic Sea vacation.
Location
The apartment is located on the 2nd floor on the north side of the complex, right on the beach and close to the marina in Kühlungsborn.
The Amenities
The tiled vacation apartment features two separate bedrooms—one with a double bed and the other with two single beds—each with a TV, a bathroom with a hair dryer, a guest restroom, and a living area with a great view of the sea. Not only do the covered balcony and the living area offer ocean views—you can also see all the way to the Baltic Sea from the bedroom.
The apartment features free Wi-Fi and a fully equipped open kitchen with an oven, microwave, dishwasher, and freezer compartment. It also includes a mini-safe, a flat-screen TV, and a DVD player.
The spacious sliding-door closet contains an iron with an ironing board as well as a clothes drying rack. A crib can be provided for a fee, and you can request a high chair upon request.

In addition, a parking space for your car is available in the underground garage for a fee; vehicles must not exceed a height of 2.00 m or a width of 1.90 m. The “Apartmenthaus Atlantik” offers an elevator, a coin-operated washer and dryer, and a lockable storage room for bicycles.
In accordance with our duty to inform, we would like to point out that an elevated level of Legionella bacteria was detected in the plumbing system of the Atlantik building (in an apartment on the 4th floor). As a precaution, special filters and showerheads have been installed in the apartments.
