So close to everywhere but also quiet too!
Needed a tv downstairs!

Everything was perfect! It’s so quiet and a great place to relax! The pool is well kept, the room is perfect and very comfortable. Mattress and pillows were 10/10, so much so I had to ask where the pillows are from! The bathroom is basic but functions well and is clean and the kitchen has everything you need if you wish to use it. The staff are the loveliest and most helpful people and the owner was fantastic and responsive.

I love staying at the property and continue to stay here each time I visit Bali. I travel around the Islands but before heading home I stay at Kaktus.
I love that it is central to everything I like and that it is a child free environment and that there is only 5 Villas.
The property is well maintained and always clean. The Housekeeping and Maintenance staff are so welcoming and make you feel so special and they want to see you happy, they really do a great job and you can see they care and they love their job.
Every time I stay, I notice the improvements and upgrades they make. This time they included a sarong for guests whom have tattoos done whilst visiting Bali, the idea is that you use the sarong when going to bed so you don’t stick to the sheets or damage the linen.
There is a small Warung a couple of doors down that you can have an amazing meal for a fraction of the price you would pay at a restaurant and it’s delicious. Any left overs, bring them home and store in the fridge for later.
The pool is beautiful and cool to swim in. I don’t like cold water to swim so it’s perfect for me.
You will find a laundry close by and if you ask Housekeeping they are more than happy to help with drop off or pick up for you.
I highly recommend this property and the staff, it is a most enjoyable experience 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟
Dub’s Bar in front of the property can get a bit noisy however the property manager can’t do anything about that.

I like everything about Kaktus. It’s relaxing and I like the colour palette of the place. It’s clean and close to everything! The rooms are really nice.
I have no complaints about anything.
