About this cottage rental
A charming rustic house, located at one end of the estate. Entirely on one level and opening onto a spacious private garden.
Air conditioning in the living/dining room and the master bedroom. Barbecue and wood-fired oven in the garden.
Access to the estate’s 14x7-meter pool with spectacular views and a salt-water filtration system.
In summer, weekly stays with check-in on Saturday.
The Property
This house, El Paller, is located within the grounds of the 200-hectare Can Muní farm, where cultivated fields alternate with pine forests.
For several generations now, the estate has belonged to the Genover family and has served not only as their primary residence but also as an expression of a lifestyle rooted in a love for the countryside and nature.
The rural accommodations are all grouped together in the Pins neighborhood, which consists of 9 houses and is located in the center of the Can Muní estate. Six of the houses are used for rural tourism accommodations, and we, the Genover family, live in one of the remaining houses.
Note: Complimentary olive oil, salt, and pepper are available for guests in the house. Two bath towels per person are provided for exclusive use within the house.
Amenities and Common Areas
The house is fully equipped with a living room, dining room, fully equipped kitchen, bedrooms, and bathrooms. It has its own private outdoor area with a barbecue and outdoor furniture. It shares the pool, parking, petanque court, and ping-pong table with the other houses on the property.
Other highlights
Since spring 2020, we have had high-speed fiber-optic internet and Wi-Fi. We’re very happy to say that it works very well.
In the summer, we offer weekly stays at this house with check-in on Saturday.
A tourist tax of 1€ per person per night will be charged for everyone over 16 years of age.
We still have a few horses on the property due to our equestrian heritage. We know the best trails in the area, so don’t hesitate to ask us for advice when you arrive.
