Patrick is great! He was gracious enough to let us extend our stay twice so we could help our family move in and do some unexpected renovations. We had our dogs with us and the backyard was the perfect size! Nice, quiet location central to a bunch of restaurants, grocery stores, and highways.

We felt at home as soon as we walked in the door. It was clean and welcoming. They provided a welcome snack which we enjoyed! I loved the central location. It was a nice and quiet neighborhood. Thank you again for sharing your home with us during our difficult time.

The location was perfect. The house was clean and it even had a little area across the street that my wife and I walked to get out morning exercise in. Met the owner and he was very nice also. Would recommend to anyone!

We were in town for a lacrosse tournament. The house was close to restaurants and groceries. It was what we were looking for.

The house was exactly what we needed. Close to the PGA tourny and quiet neighborhood. Uber was only $5 vs the $25 parking at the Craig Ranch. The house needs a good cleaning out. It had a lot of personal items all around. I would stay again.

Clean and tidy, if remote. Back door was unlocked when I arrived.

My husband, toddler & dogs stayed at this house for a week while we were in Texas and it was great! The host was super easy to communicate with, the location was excellent (Easy access to our family in McKinney, less than 45 mins to Downtown Dallas), the property was clean and has everything we needed. The only issue we had was that between the foosball table and the large table & chairs the living space was a little tight with five of us (two adults, a toddler + two large dogs) but we were rarely just hanging out at the house and there’s a park literally right out the front door so it didn’t matter. :) Would definitely rent this place again!
