Non-smoking apartment. Cozy living room with a sofa set, dining area, flat-screen satellite TV, radio, telephone, and access to the south-facing balcony. Bedroom with a double bed and access to the south-facing balcony. Bedroom with two single beds and access to the east-facing balcony. Separate, fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, oven, coffee maker, toaster, and refrigerator. Bathroom with toilet and combination shower/bathtub. Entryway. Crib available upon request. Wi-Fi throughout the house. Central heating. No pets. Parking at the house.
Our house is located in a quiet yet central residential area. A 5-minute walk to the pedestrian zone. The center of Garmisch—with its spa park and convention center—the train station, the Zugspitze Railway, the ice rink, the Alpspitz wave pool, tennis courts and indoor facilities, as well as mountain railways and ski lifts are all nearby. Walking trails, bike paths, and cross-country ski trails start right in front of the house. Open year-round.

We, a family with two kids, spent a Christmas week in the apartment. The apartment is wonderful. Barbara gave us very useful hints for our vacation. The facility in the apartment is highly professional. The location is perfect for ski holidays. It is close to the city center, but very quiet. We enjoyed our stay in the apartment.

A beautiful property in a great location. The apartment had all the necessary facilities for a comfortable stay. The hosts gave great communication before the stay and were on hand during the stay should we have needed it.
