Beautiful 2-storey detached house style "villas Malouines" of the nineteenth century seaside, 50m from the most beautiful beach in France 2024! Take full advantage of the Rocabey district and the Sillon beach, the market -Mondays, Thursdays and Saturday mornings-. Top location, quiet, sunny, small garden maintained with garden furniture and barbecue. All shops nearby (restaurants, supermarket, sailing school, surfing and longe côte, bike rental at the Escale Oceania hotel (30 m), spa, pharmacies)

This house was absolutely perfect for a family trip to Saint Malo! The house itself was beautiful and just a block away from the beach. It was an easy walk to the walled city of Saint Malo. I can’t recommend this house enough.
