Up to 4 people can enjoy relaxation and rest in our beautifully furnished ground-floor vacation rental. In addition to two bedrooms, each with a large double bed, our vacation rental also features a cozy, spacious kitchen-living room with a balcony. In the bathroom, a bathtub invites you to take a relaxing soak.
The three quietly located vacation apartments opened in 2013, and the basement apartment at the Rosenhof opened in 2018. Enjoy the sight and scent of our English roses in our garden. The vacation apartments and the vacation home are located not far from the Old Town. Erfurt Cathedral, Petersberg, the university, and the hospital are also within walking distance.
A total of 16 people can be accommodated.
Each of our vacation apartments has 2 bedrooms, a cozy living room with a balcony, and a kitchen-living room with a balcony.
The vacation home has 1 bedroom for 3 people, a fold-out bed in the kitchen-living room, and features an adjoining terrace.
In the bathrooms, a bathtub invites you to enjoy a relaxing soak.
The new, cozy basement apartment has one bedroom for three people, a fold-out bed in the kitchen-living room, and one bathroom with a shower.
The nearest tram stop, Baumerstraße, is less than 4 minutes away. Nearby, several highly recommended restaurants invite you to linger and also offer a pleasant evening stroll back to your accommodation. Recreation areas, bike trails, and leisure activities await your exploration here.

Excellent and spacious accommodation within walking distance of downtown Erfurt. There is also a tram service for those who prefer it. The flat is located in a quiet residential area. There are no restaurants or bars within the immediate vicinity. Street parking only.

We were met on arrival by the owner, who showed us round. The apartment is bright, well-decorated and equipped with everything you might need. Furniture and fittings are good quality. There's good heating and lavish amounts of hot water. It's within easy walking distance of the centre of town, and close to a tram route. There are local shops. Our ground floor apartment had a balcony at the front and access to the outside at the rear. We particularly appreciated the double size settee in the living area which meant we could both put our feet up in the evening!
