The “Dünenschloss” in Kühlungsborn offers tastefully decorated vacation apartments located between the Baltic Sea and the city forest. The Upstalsboom 3-room apartment in Building 1, kbds1-33, measuring 48 square meters and featuring a beautiful, spacious balcony (loggia), is suitable for 5 people and a family dog.
Location
The corner vacation apartment is located on the 3rd floor of Building 1, Entrance B, on the west and south sides of the resort. The beautiful sandy beach and the promenade are just a few meters away.
Amenities
The non-smoking apartment is comfortably furnished and consists of a bedroom with a double bed (2 x 80 x 2.00 m), a children’s room with bunk beds (2 x 90 x 2.00 m), a living area with a sleeper sofa and a TV/hi-fi system with a flat-screen TV (40 inches), a bathroom with a shower and a hair dryer, and a beautiful, spacious balcony or loggia with a view of the countryside to the west.
The vacation rental is rounded out by a fully equipped open kitchen with a kettle, coffee maker, toaster, dishwasher, oven, and freezer. The apartment features free Wi-Fi.
A crib can be provided for a fee, and you can book a high chair upon request. The crib can be placed in the children’s room.
Special Features
The vacation complex features its own wellness area with a pool, two saunas, a fitness room, and a relaxation room, which is available to you daily (the area is closed only during the 3rd and 4th calendar weeks of each year due to maintenance work).
Please also note that the wellness area, including the fitness and relaxation rooms, will be unavailable from 04.01.2027 through 30.04.2027 due to renovation work.

Die Objektlage in unmittelbarer Strandnähe, die unkomplizierte Buchung via Internet, der ausreichend große Parkplatz für unseren SUV.
Negativ allerdings das viel zu kleine Schlafzimmer mit den nur jeweils 80 cm breiten Betten. Wir hatten mit unseren Bekannten die beiden FeWos 133 + 116. Bei 116 stand in der Beschreibung, dassdiese nur für kleinen Hund geeignet wäre. Das Gegenteil war der Fall. Wir hätten mit unserem Hund besser in der 116 gewohnt, die viel geräumiger war.
