About this villa rental
Just 200 meters from the heart of Vallon Pont d'Arc and its shops, and 2 km from the entrance to the Gorges de l'Ardèche Nature Reserve (home to the Pont d'Arc, the Cave, and the world's oldest cave paintings discovered to date...) we offer three air-conditioned, detached villas for 4 people, each with a private pool.
Full of charm, situated on a wooded, enclosed lot in a quiet setting, these new homes will delight you with their spaciousness, contemporary furnishings, and prime location.
These fully equipped villas have 64 m² of living space. They feature one bedroom with a large double bed and another with two single beds.
They are identically equipped and face south.
Each villa has its own secure private pool (7 m x 3.60 m) and an entrance gate. The pools are open from late April through late September.
Each villa is set on over 1,000 m² of wooded and landscaped grounds. The property encompassing the three homes is fenced (remote control and keypad access).
Ideally located, just a stone’s throw from Vallon Pont d’Arc (Ardèche Plein Sud) and its many activities (for example, there’s no need to take your car to go grocery shopping or visit the night market…), yet in a pleasant and quiet neighborhood (Quartier Saint Laurent). Near the villas, you’ll find walking trails, bike paths, mountain bike trails, and tree-top adventure courses…
Each villa faces south, and a floor-to-ceiling window in the living room opens onto the pool.
You won’t have any trouble parking, and you can even park your car under an open carport.
Now it’s up to you to choose your vacation! Whether it’s an active getaway just steps from the villas or a relaxing vacation by the pool under the southern Ardèche sun!

All round excellent and would recommend only downside - the Wi-Fi connection was not too good and had to rely on 4G

For us it was a challenging trip, the first time away with our first borne baby girl (4,5 month’s)
We had a great welcome and they had the whole set-up ready for us: changing pillow, little bed and little bathtub…
A nice looking interior & exterior and both well-equipped!
We felt at home al tree of us had relaxing week…
Off course we also enjoyed the fantastic scenery and weather…
We will be back !! :)
