Very clean accomodation which has all the amenities you need. The bathroom and toilets were very clean. The bedroom was spacious and has heating, and the bed was also comfy. Naoki is very hospitable and responsive. We were very grateful that Naoki offered to drop us off to the bus stop when it was raining. We really enjoyed our stay here, thank you! I would highly recommend this place to everyone.

Very friendly and responsive host Naoki Amazing Kitchen amenities (rice, sauce, condiments, even baguette, drinks in fridge etc), possibility to cook which is great in a village where there is not much restaurant choice. There is a beautiful place and view surrounding. The bed is comfortable. All facilities is sufficient and so near the historic place and bus stop. There is also a convenient store nearby.

After dinner we go out to go to the convenient store. However, we cannot come in the hostels because someone lock the main door. We cry for help to open the door for 20 minutes and also find some neighbour help us to enter the hostels. Finally, a young man, ( come from Poland) open the door for us.

Room was spacious, place was clean

Stayed in Autumn and there were several stink bugs in our room that i had to kill. Only stayed 1 out of the 2 nights intended because of it. Owners provided an insect spray and did the best they can but the insects still got into the house. House is probably more of a 15 min walk with luggage.

The hospitable staff, very accommodating host. They even welcomed us with food. There’s also a convenience store nearby. So we didn’t really need to go out to have dinner and breakfast. The room is spacious and clean, too.

The staff was extremely warm and always nice to us! The place was comfortable, and all the facilities were good. I would definitely recommend it. Also, they were very flexible with our stay and special needs!

The apartment is very spacious and very clean. Everything is just like new. Parking is also very spacious. The owner provided instant Japanese curry rice, coffee and snack which we really appreciate. Our family of four had a very comfortable stay and would recommend this apartment to anyone. Thank you !!!

The location shown in booking.com and one from google map shared by owner is different. There shld be accurate and one address to be shown to avoid confusions, disappoint for tourists. There shld be a quick turn around from owner for clarification on the map direction espescially on the remote area.

The house is comfortable. There are complete facilities, including English descriptions for everything. There is attentiveness in warm hospitality. Feel relaxed and warm like staying at your own home. Close to tourist attractions and convenience stores. worth of travel and relaxation

The apartment owner was very nice, friendly and caring about the customer. When we came to the apartment, they prepared the kotatsu, kairo heat and the food for us. The room was big, warm and very near to the Shirakawago village and restaurant. The facilities operated well. All were amazing! And the home owners and their children were hospitable and kawaii! Highly recommend!
