SAVOILLAN (600 m above sea level), 5 km from MONBRUN LES BAINS, isolated property composed of stone houses (including that of the caretaker) on a plot of 15 ha, partly terraced. The river Le Toulourenc flows about 200 m below the property.
Shops, restaurants 5 km. SAULT 12 km, 20 km from Vaison La Romaine.
Car recommended, access to the property via a forest path for 1 km, parking on the property.

1 adjoining fitted kitchen (hob, oven, microwave oven, fridge and freezer and small appliances).
Upstairs (!steep staircase!):
2 ADJOINING BEDROOMS:
1 bedroom with a bed of 160
1 bedroom with 2 beds of 0.90, recommended for children (under the sloping ceiling) + 1 large master bedroom with a bed of 160.
1 bathroom and adjoining toilet (bath)
Small independent farmhouse:
1 bedroom with 140 cm bed with en-suite bathroom (shower, toilet).
This small house is located 4 m. from the ROMANCE farmhouse, the terrace being the junction between the 2 farmhouses.
Wooden terrace 4 m x 4 m, plancha, garden table for 6, sun loungers (not overlooked)
EXTERIOR
Swimming pool (shared between the two rentals in season) 10 x 4 m - alarm, sun loungers, parasols. The pool is heated when the temperature drops to guarantee a pleasant swim. Outdoor spa for 5 people with multiple self-service massage jets. Open from mid-June to mid-September. Children's playground. Table tennis. Maintenance provided by the caretaker on site.
Beautiful views of the mountains, and the surrounding countryside.
Linen room with washing machine and outdoor dryer.
