The vacation home is located in the former luxury hotel complex “Monte Felice—Happy Mountain.” The architecture: a spacious, villa-style design. The location: above Bardolino, facing southwest toward Lake Garda—toward the sunset! The view sweeps across the southern part of Lake Garda.

When you dine on the balcony in the evening while enjoying one of the many spectacular sunsets, you’ll notice the ever-changing play of colors on the water. The pretty lights of the villages are reflected in the lake and flicker like little torches. Night after night, we experience an Italian summer night’s dream.

The vacation rental is spacious with plenty of windows, very clean, and features a large balcony with a beautiful view of Lake Garda all the way to Sirmione—it has a family-friendly atmosphere.
In 2024, the entire house underwent a complete renovation, including a new modern bathroom, a new kitchen, and new building systems (electrical, heating, plumbing), to ensure it meets the latest standards in energy efficiency, environmental sustainability, and safety. For example, all outlets are childproof, and a modern air conditioning system in the bedroom ensures a comfortable night’s sleep.

The fully equipped vacation apartment is located on the upper floor of a vacation home on the outskirts of Bardolino on Lake Garda. The apartment is very clean, as it is thoroughly cleaned by a two-person cleaning team after each guest.

As is often customary in southern countries, there is also a (beautifully patterned) tile floor here. This makes it easier to keep clean, and the entire apartment is therefore very tidy. A pleasant blend of scents—jasmine, flowers, and herbs—wafts in from the garden.

The west-facing hillside location offers views of often spectacular sunsets over Lake Garda. The small residential complex is secured by a gate at night, ensuring that the house—including your car parked on the property—is in a protected environment. You’ll receive a code for the gate valid for the entire duration of your stay, allowing access both day and night (24 hours). The high ceilings, reaching up to 3.5 meters, make the apartment pleasantly airy—plus, a new air conditioning system was installed in both bedrooms in 2023. This ensures you’ll sleep well even on warm nights. There’s also a standing fan with a “silent night mode.”
