The six vacation apartments are built with healthy, eco-friendly materials and feature bright, modern interiors. However, the greatest emphasis was placed on practicality. The apartments feature large rain showers with natural stone tiles, high-quality kitchens with granite countertops, and smart-home systems for shading and ventilation. You’ll appreciate the underfloor heating on cold days just as much as the air conditioning during the summer heat. Thanks to the smart home system, you can enjoy a worry-free vacation and relax completely—the apartment takes care of itself and you. Perfect temperature, ventilation, and shading—feel comfortable no matter the weather.
Thanks to the south- and west-facing orientation of the living area in the Bergpanorama vacation apartment, you’ll enjoy plenty of sunlight and brightness all day long. In the evening, you can enjoy the sunset from your bed or from the living room sofa.

In the center of Untermooweiler, a village of 100 residents idyllically situated between Wangen im Allgäu and Lindau, a stable building over 70 years old has been converted into vacation apartments (2nd & 3rd floors). The village has two horse farms and a dairy farm—more animals than residents—and with its dirt roads and immediate surroundings of fruit trees, meadows, and the Degermoos Nature Reserve, it’s not just the village children whose hearts are set abuzz.
The Trautesheim captivates guests not only with its historic location right next to the over 800-year-old St. Nicholas Chapel but also with its slightly elevated and thus exposed position, which offers a sublime feeling and sweeping views of the countryside.
You won’t get bored here, as the region has so much to offer. Take a bike ride to the old town of Wangen or to Lake Constance, 15 km away; go hiking on the Pfänder; or take a stroll right in the adjacent nature reserve. Look forward to relaxing and eventful days in the Allgäu-Lake Constance region.
