About this house rental
Air-conditioned single-storey house, large garden with trees and secure swimming pool (electric shutter), in a quiet and residential area, close to shops, the Ardèche river and the center of Vallon Pont d'Arc.
You will be close to major natural sites (Pont d'Arc cave, Ardèche Gorges,...), villages of character (Vogüé, Balazuc, Labeaume...) and the Chauvet 2 cave. For a sporty holiday, canoeing down the Gorges, canyoning, hiking, mountain biking, climbing and Via Ferrata await you. The most greedy will be able to taste the emblematic products of the Ardèche at the many markets, restaurants or directly from the producers.
Located 5 minutes by car from the centre of Vallon Pont d'Arc, you can reach the village on foot or by bike via the nearby cycle path.
A 5-minute walk away, you will find: bar-restaurant, pizzeria, Acrobranches, canoe rental, flight over the Ardèche in a microlight.
15 minutes walk away: restaurants, cafes, bakery, greengrocer, butcher, supermarket, Ardèche river and much more!
The single-storey house consists of a pleasant living room of 25 m2 including a sofa bed (with a real bed of 140 x 190), TV and DVD player, a fully equipped and functional independent kitchen (fridge freezer, dishwasher, oven, microwave, hob, coffee maker, kettle, toaster) opening onto the terrace, 3 bedrooms: a master suite (bed 140 x 190 and bathroom with bath), a 2nd bedroom with bed 140 x 190 and a 3rd bedroom (bunk beds 140 x 190), a bathroom with double sink, walk-in shower and toilet, separate toilets, 2 terraces, one of which is 30m² shaded by an arbour. Free parking for cars on the property.
At your disposal free of charge: Charcoal barbecue and electric plancha, Washing machine, Deckchairs and parasols, Baby equipment (travel cot with mattress, changing mat, potty and toilet reducer), Children's games. Ping pong table. Swing and football cage.
Pets not allowed. Interior non-smoking. Sheets and linen possible on request. Deposit of 1000€ not cashed and returned after inventory.
Arrival from 4pm and departure before 10am. Cleaning fee of 100€.
