In the heart of the charming residence Acqua è Terra ideally located only 350 meters from the center of Saint-Florent, we offer you a spacious and air-conditioned accommodation of 85 m².
Designed to accommodate up to 6 or even 7 people, this accommodation offers a quiet and comfortable setting with private terrace and garden, communal swimming pool (to the two units of the residence) and shaded private parking - perfect for enjoying Corsica between the sea and the mountains!

Ideal for comfortably hosting families or friends thanks to:
• 2 bedrooms: one with a 160 cm bed and one with 2 80 cm beds
• possibility of an extra bed (80cm) in one of the bedrooms
• 1 high quality 160 cm sofa bed (same as a classic bed) in the living room
• Air conditioning in all rooms
• Bathroom with shower and toilet
• Additional separate toilet
• Large bright living room
• Fully equipped kitchen
• Private outdoor terrace (pool view) and garden for meals (with gas barbecue), not overlooked
• Wi-Fi connection
• Private shaded parking
• Quiet environment
The residence also has a pleasant communal swimming pool heated in June and September.

This is a lovely apartment, perfect for our needs, travelling with a 1 year old. The pool was lovely and it was only a short walk into the Saint Florent town and marina for all the shops, restaurant and gelato. The restaurants we ate at were excellent and very friendly. It’s also a good base to explore Cap Corse. Adeline was an excellent host and seemed to really care that we had a good time.

As in the previous year, a very nice holiday home in a great location and with good furnishings. The pool is the highlight for the children.

The property was exactly as described in the listing and was clean, comfortable and convenient for the town centre.
The beaches nearby and the local scenery were stunning.
The pool was great and the location was very tranquil. Adeline and her family were very welcoming and were only too pleased to answer any queries.
I would not hesitate to recommend this property.
