Very nice room, but had a horrible sewage smell. Management sent maintenance to spray air freshener instead of giving me another room. Smelled so bad I had to sleep on the sofa instead of the bed. Only thing they did was comp my parking. I’m very disappointed and dissatisfied.

It was difficult to find rooms with two beds in the Sri. Louis area at the time. The Residence Inn had exactly what I wanted and was just one mile away from my family gathering. I had a little bit of trouble finding the entrance due to the valet parking spot in front. I called the hotel and was told to pull into the valet spot to park for registration. Wonderful lounge and great staff.

Hotel and room were clean, well maintained and attractive, but..... Parking SUCKED! Poor explanation of parking situation in what I guess is a shared parking garage. Very inconvenient. Saw other people who had checked in and couldn't figure how to get back to the hotel from their vehicle.

The room was larger than average and very clean. The staff was friendly and courteous, and the fitness area had plenty of updated equipment and dumbbells. It’s clearly a newer hotel and I would definitely stay there again.

A very nice property in normal weather We were there Jan 12-15 during a cold spell the lobby was freezing all weekend, the thermostat in the fitness center read 56 on Saturday and Sunday No half and half sat or sun or Monday No beer at the lobby store and the bar was not open on a playoff Sunday A good manager would have walked down the block (as I had to do in minus 5 weather) and purchased half and half for the breakfast room and lobby coffee bar and beer for sale at the store (which did have wine) It does not cut it to say for 3 days “we did not get a delivery” when there is a Strawbs a block away!

This hotel looks new and is super clean. Our room was huge and comfortable. Breakfast was delicious (hot) and staff was friendly and helpful.

The hotel is new and clean in a good location. However there was no parking in front of the hotel to get checked in. Come the parking garage you have to walk through the dark alley around to the front as the hotel keys do not allow for side access. Once I got back to the hotel, shortly before 8 pm the bar was already closed. I would not recommend this hotel.

Staff is pleasant and responsive. Reserved two double suites that were supposed to have pull out bed but discovered very late at night that the sofas did not have the promised pull out beds. Too late to do anything about it but if yoh are counting on the pull out sofa bed, yoh might want to check. Room was very spacious and clean. Area is very clean and safe. Enjoyed our stay and would recommend.

We truly enjoyed our stay at the Residence Inn in Clayton. The rooms are really spacious and comfortable, we liked the ability to have the free breakfast or have food in our room for breakfast or lunch, and the staff was very friendly and helpful. It's our new favorite hotel in St. Louis. The only downside is the self-park option. Much of the time the QR code we were to use to enter and exit the parking garage did not work.

We booked our room last minute due to a power outage at our home and were very impressed with the hotel. Things were a little bit rocky when we first arrived- the parking is tricky because you have to park on the street to get checked in, then either use the valet or get the code from them for the parking garage. Also, the room we were originally sent to already had someone else's belongings in it! Luckily we are honest people and immediately left the room and headed to the front desk! Once we made it to our actual room though we were very impressed. The entire hotel is clean and in excellent condition, the staff is very kind and always smiling, the beds were comfortable. We would definitely recommend this hotel!

Clean and comfortable rooms in a great location. And the rooms are large with kitchen and sitting area included. Bathroom is large too and very clean. We loved it.

A/C and fan in room did not work making for a terrible night's sleep. Thermostat just kept kicking off and showing error. Also, they charged for parking without any warning.

We loved every about the new residence inn. The staff is very friendly and helpful and professional. The outside balcony is a huge perk overlooking Shaw Park. The space is very open and clean and light. The room was so light and spacious. Cleaning staff took good care of us.

Great staff. Danelle T was awesome. She was able to check us in early, was friendly, out going, etc. All the property staff that we interacted with were helpful l, friendly and looked like they truly enjoy their positions with the company. Will recommend and will stay there again!
