Worst stay ever

Nothing at all.

U have to pay a deposit of 300+ euros for them to give you access to your key and WIFI for the apartment. Which is okay but still think it should be mentioned beforehand and not 2-3 days before your stay. We stayed there a couple of days. Everything seemed fine at the beginning. First night was ok. Second day the AC stopped working on it’s own. Not responding to the remote as if switched off manually from the current. We tried texting and contacting our landlord for a fix or change of rooms to which we got no liable response. FYI: For those who don’t know, Malta is veeeeery hot during summer and I come from a hot country. We were in hell. Water pressure was horrible and at some moments we had no COLD water just burning HOT so you could’t even wash your face. All in all the stay for us was horrible, the staff was unhelpful. Idk if this is whole Malta experience or just this apartment but yeah. The country was fun tho

I would strongly advise anyone considering this property to book somewhere else!!

From the moment we arrived, this stay was a complete disaster. The problems started immediately. We had specifically requested an earlier check-in, yet the apartment was not even ready by the normal check-in time. We were forced to wait for several hours before we could enter, leaving us exhausted after our journey and extremely frustrated. The moment we walked inside, it became obvious that the apartment looked nothing like the property advertised. The photos and description were highly misleading and did not reflect the actual condition of the accommodation. Because of this, I immediately requested a full refund, as the apartment clearly did not match what had been sold to us. My request was refused. The apartment was dirty, neglected, old, and poorly maintained. Basic essentials that any guest should expect were completely missing, including bed sheets, toilet paper, soap, and shampoo. It was shocking that a property offered to paying guests was left in such a condition. There were also serious safety concerns. A curtain pole nearly fell and hit me on the head, which could easily have caused an injury. Several chairs were broken and unsafe to use. The beds were old, heavily stained, uncomfortable, and looked unhygienic. Sleeping on them was unpleasant and far below any acceptable standard. The noise was unbearable. It genuinely felt like sleeping in the middle of the street, making it almost impossible to get any proper rest. To make matters worse, there were no mosquito screens on the windows and no electric mosquito repellents, despite mosquitoes being a constant problem. The apartment had virtually no natural light, only one window that could be opened, and absolutely no view. This property bears little resemblance to what is advertised online. It fails on cleanliness, maintenance, comfort, safety, and honesty. Refusing a refund after presenting an apartment that was so different from the listing only made an already terrible experience even worse.

very nice

the property was at an amazing location very close to ferries to valletta and gozo, great stores nearby and restaurants. our room was tidy and comfortable to stay in.

our only issue with the property was the water pressure it was quite bad and didn’t really give us hot let alone warm water for showers. we had a problem with our aircon for a couple of days but once i asked about it they fixed it really quick which was amazing.
