This is a great place to live and vacation!
This spacious, bright, and modern vacation apartment offers nearly 94 square meters of space for up to 6 people.
You’ll find a private parking spot right outside the front door.
The apartment has been completely refurnished.
Both bedrooms feature a box-spring bed (180 m x 200 m) and large closets.
The living room is perfect for cozy game nights or TV evenings.
Thanks to the sofa’s adjustable backrest, you can sit comfortably here with a nice cup of coffee or just lounge in front of the TV.
In just a few simple steps, the couch can be converted into a cozy sleeper sofa, providing space for two additional overnight guests.
At the large dining table overlooking the vineyards, you can start your vacation day perfectly with a delicious breakfast.
And now? How do you want to spend the day?
A short stroll through the nearby vineyards, followed by stretching your legs in the sun and enjoying a glass of Moselle wine on the balcony?
Or perhaps a long hike or bike ride on one of the region’s many excellent trails?
Or are you more drawn to the water and would you rather spend the day on a boat, in a canoe, or on a SUP?
Or how about a leisurely stroll through town? Winningen itself, as well as the surrounding villages and towns, enchant visitors with their rustic charm, and the many bars, cafés, and restaurants invite you to linger.
