About this apartment rental
22D is a spacious ground floor apartment with a large terrace, hammock and pool, ideal for families with children or for friends looking for a private pool deck directly above the sea.
This fabulous apartment is located in the first row on the beach of LUZ near Lagos.
You already feel like you're on the beach:
The view of the Atlantic stretches from the surf on the beach directly below to the horizon and the impressive Black Rock to the east. The impressions of the waves and wind rushing through the palm trees can be enjoyed from the front row.
The cul-de-sac location next to the Roman ruins is CENTRAL, currently construction work is still taking place on the Roman ruins and this can temporarily affect the otherwise absolutely quiet location. A car can be parked in the cul-de-sac in front of the apartment. The sandy beach of Luz, restaurants, bars and supermarkets are in the immediate vicinity and can be reached on foot in a few minutes.
The apartment is reached via a few steps. It offers a cozy living room with full sea views, full hd TV with German and English channels, WLAN Internet, air conditioning, bedroom by the sea with adjoining bathroom, modern kitchen with dishwasher and washing machine.

Very clean well equipped apartment. From welcome hamper with essentials, dishwasher tablets, tea towels etc and all cooking equipment you could need. Perfect location very short walk to beach, supermarket and pharmacy. Great for young children who don’t like walking far in the heat. We went to beach early and left at 12 for lunch in the apartment and then chilled out at pool in the afternoon. Pool towels provided which was a great help. Lovely shaded eating area outside with beautiful views of the sea just over the wall. We couldn’t fault this apartment and will definitely be back. Frenk and Andrea were excellent to deal with and Irina was available locally if needed. We loved jacaranda for dinner, licks for best ice cream in Luz and also fresh sour dough in the morning, endless summer also good for lunch.

Fantastic location and great views from the outside area and lounge.The property was clean and had all the necessities, everything we needed for a week of self catering.The outside area was the key reason for us booking this and it didn’t disappoint.10/10 would definitely visit and stay again.

What an absolutely lovely place to stay in Luz! The apartment was big, bright, clean and the location was unbeatable! The kitchen had everything you need and the beds were comfortable! If you are not used to tile floors bring slippers! Irina was very helpful and responsive. Highly recommend!!!!!
