About this villa rental
Our beautiful little villa is located not far from the center of Bad Sachsa on a small hill overlooking the idyllic mountains and forests of the Harz. An enchanting garden invites you to linger. It takes about 5 minutes to walk to the town center. There are plenty of things to do nearby: the Salztalparadies water park, an ice rink, a large indoor playground, the beautiful Schmelzteich pond, and the town forest are all just a few minutes’ walk away.
The Villa Rosa features 5 rooms: The lower level houses the living room and dining room, as well as a beautiful study and the kitchen. All rooms have multiple windows and are bright and cozy. The living room features a large TV with Netflix, Amazon Prime, and Apple TV.
A beautiful, old spiral staircase leads to the upper floor. Here you’ll find two bedrooms, each with a 180x200 cm bed, a bathroom with a shower and bathtub, and a separate toilet.
We bought the villa just under a year ago and have recently renovated and furnished it. We use the house ourselves as a vacation home and have designed it with style and care. It’s ideal for families with up to two children or two couples.
The house also makes an excellent home office, with two workstations available in a separate study. The view over the garden makes every workday a highlight.
The house features a beautiful garden on a hillside with a cozy seating and dining area. Upon request, swings and a mud kitchen for children can be set up outside.
Key pickup is contactless via a key box and can be arranged individually as needed.
Important:
Bad Sachsa is a health resort known for its particularly clean air and mild climate. During their stay, a guest fee is required for every guest over the age of 12. In return, guests receive a guest card that grants them access to numerous discounts and services in Bad Sachsa and the surrounding area. We will obtain the guest cards for our guests and keep them on file at the property. Please deposit the corresponding amount with us before departure.
- Adults 18 and older: €2.85 per day per person
-Children ages 13–17: €1.55 per day per person
-Children 12 and under: free of charge
Bed linens and towels can be added to your reservation for €15 per person. Payment for this must be made in cash on site.
