About this house rental
The apartment is located in the “Il Borgo Casal Cristiana” residential complex—a brick-built village—about 2 km from the sea and 800 meters from the medieval village of Torre di Palme, nestled among the olive groves of the Marche countryside.
"Borgo Casal Cristiana" consists of a large 19th-century farmhouse, divided into several apartments, and other smaller buildings housing additional residential units; the complex features a large communal park and ample parking, both outdoor and indoor.
A staircase leads to a small loggia overlooking the sea; the apartment is located on the first floor and is laid out as follows:
- On the first floor, there is a living room with a fireplace, a combined kitchen and dining room, a master bedroom, a bedroom with two single beds, and a bathroom.
- In the attic area overlooking the living room, there is a double bedroom and a bathroom.
Thanks to its location atop a hill, the village allows the apartment to enjoy panoramic views of both the sea and the surrounding Marche countryside from every part of the home.
and offers the perfect balance for those who want to enjoy the sea while staying in the tranquility of the Marche countryside.
The apartment is also very functional, as it has just been renovated and features almost entirely new furnishings and appliances, such as a washing machine, dishwasher, and oven.

Hi all. We had a wonderfull stay in this house which is a small nr of appartments. It is a good base to visit the surroundings and beaches. The property also had a nice pool and a playground with a mini football game and ping pong etc.

The host has been great welcoming us with a book and all the relevant information, restaurants and place to see. The house is beautiful, three levels 4 bedrooms, wonderful terrace with fantastic view, where we had most of the meals and evening drinks. The place was perfect for two families with 8 kids. There is a very clean and functional swimming pool, a little but useful opendoor gym and lot of games for kids. The seaside is just 8/10 min away by car and the location is great because is fresh (no need of air conditioning) and you don't have the warm and hot weather of Porto San Giorgio. We also have enjoyed having barbecue and visiting the close little medieval town of torre di palme. Overall was great holiday! Nice seaside time, beach and pool as we wanted every day, very beautiful and fresh evening overlooking the hills and the sea. I would recommend and I will come back again!!

Our family of 5 persons from Finland spent 10 days in Torre di Palme. The resort was really nice and we enjoyed especially the pool area (9-14-16 daughters). We drove to the nearby villages and spent a few days at the beach as well. Marche area is spectacular and the accomodation was really peacefull, just what we were after. Recommendations from Finland!
