About this apartment rental
This cozy 2-room vacation rental is located on the top floor of the owners’ house. It measures approximately 55 square meters and is well-suited for 2–3 people. The vacation rental features a living room with a flat-screen TV and a sofa (sofa bed), as well as a kitchen equipped with a dishwasher, microwave, double hotplate, refrigerator with freezer compartment, electric kettle, coffee maker, toaster, and dining table. The separate bedroom is furnished with a double bed and a wardrobe. Due to the sloping ceiling, the bathroom has a low ceiling height and features a bathtub, toilet, and hair dryer. An initial supply of bed linens and towels is included, and Wi-Fi is also available free of charge during your stay.
Pets are not allowed in this apartment.
The Max & Monika vacation apartments (free Wi-Fi) are located in a quiet area, not far from the UBB stop “Ahlbeck-Ostseetherme,” in a privately owned semi-detached house in the seaside resort of Ahlbeck. The Ostseetherme and the expansive, fine-sand Baltic Sea beach are in the immediate vicinity (the nearest beach access is the sports beach with a beach bar, approximately 250 meters away).
The Max vacation rental (approx. 55 square meters) is located on the top floor. You can access it through the main entrance of the landlord’s house. All rooms are easily accessible. In the bathroom, depending on your height, you may encounter some limitations due to the sloped ceilings (see photos).
The Monika vacation rental (approx. 65 square meters) has a separate entrance and is located in the basement of the house, yet it is still very bright and airy.
There is a bicycle storage area on the property. Parking is available on the street in front of the house.
The initial supply of bed linens and towels is already included in the total price.
Pets are welcome only upon request and only in the Monika apartment for an additional fee (please inquire in advance).
Check-in is available from 2:00 PM to 7:00 PM, and check-out is from 6:00 AM to 10:00 AM.
