About this villa rental
Located in the middle of a magnificent private estate of 5500 m2 along the Golf of Saint-Donat, the villa is close to the city center 1 km, 15 minutes from Cannes and 20 minutes from Antibes. You will enjoy a private heated swimming pool, a jacuzzi, a fitness room and a large private parking.
A summer kitchen equipped for 10 people opening onto a large terrace, surrounded by a large garden not overlooked. The estate is planted with Provençal plants, lemon trees, orange trees, olive trees, palm trees, laurels. The villa has an indoor equipped kitchen, a dining room for 10 people, a large living room with piano, an office, and 4 bedrooms on the first floor. Upstairs a master bedroom. Our 5 bedrooms are equipped with TV, internet, air conditioning, with 5 bathrooms and toilets
A billiards table, a table football, a ping pong table and a petanque court are there to entertain you. The house is only for you and your family.
During your days you can also relax in massage seats.
Activities 10 minutes walk away, Tennis, Padel, Golf, Aquavelo, Yoga at an additional cost. Cycle paths and hiking trails at will. By car near Fragonnard in Grasse, and visit the hinterland.

This property is amazing. It’s spacious, immaculately decorated, in a peaceful location and has lots of amenities on site and nearby. The hosts were very helpful and thoughtful. We spent five glorious weeks in May and could have stayed longer! We loved that the individual bedrooms were all en-suite and opened onto the pool area - providing our friends and family with privacy and independence - ideal for entertaining. Table tennis, pool, gym and pool table provided lots of fun and the adjacent golf and paddle tennis were great hits too. Our guests loved the property and would look to rent it themselves in the future! The property is well laid out for either a room only rental basis or renting the whole property, which is what we did.A short walk into the charming town of Mouans provided a number of wonderful restaurants with friendly service and a more local authentic experience than found on the coast. Waiters even remembered your previous orders! It also has a train station with trains taking you directly to Cannes and along the coast (including to the airport) which was great for those wanting to visit the many lovely towns along the coast - Antibes, Nice, Monaco etc. The airport is only a 25 minute drive away too. A fantastic location and property for an authentic trip to the riviera. Superb! Thank you to our delightful hosts.

We were a family of 9 ages 11-71 and this was an awesome property!!! Hosts were very kind and helpful! The set up of the home is great for evening privacy and the outdoor space is like no other!! The outdoor kitchen, pool area and games allowed us lots to do when at the home. We would for sure stay here again!! Thank you for an amazing stay!!
