About this apartment rental
This exclusive 2-room, non-smoking apartment is located in the heart of Westerland. It is approximately 100 meters from the spa promenade, at Friedrichstr. 35c. The apartment is on the 1st floor and is accessible via elevator; it features a southwest-facing balcony.
Please note: We would like to inform you that construction work is currently underway on the neighboring building (to the west).
The apartment was fitted with a new, high-quality kitchen in the summer of 2018. The living room, bedroom, and hallway were completely renovated, including the newly installed laminate flooring.
The south-facing living room, which features a balcony, is wonderfully bright and filled with natural light. The large picture window offers a great view of the dunes, which you can enjoy from the dining area and the balcony. In the living room, a very high-quality (sleeper) sofa and a comfortable wicker armchair invite you to relax in front of the large flat-screen TV. A small stereo system is also available. An internet connection with Wi-Fi (not guaranteed) is also available here.
The balcony also features high-quality wicker armchairs with a matching table.
The bedroom is furnished with a large box-spring bed (180 x 200 cm), two wardrobes, and a small bench between the wardrobes.
The new kitchen features the following: a dishwasher, a 4-burner ceramic cooktop, a modern oven, a coffee maker, a Nespresso machine, a kettle, a toaster, and, of course, a refrigerator and the usual kitchen utensils.
The bathroom has light-colored tile flooring and features a bathtub with a shower, a sink, and a toilet. Storage space and towel racks are also provided.
The hallway features a coat rack and a small bench.
Rental linens (required): The linen package includes:
3 terry cloth hand towels, 1 large bath towel, 1 shower mat, 2 dish towels, 1 bed sheet, 1 set of bedding
Consumables such as trash bags, toilet paper, dish soap, and dishwasher tablets are provided as a starter kit in the apartment.
A parking space can be rented separately.
