There is a walkway leading around to the back of the main house and up some stairs. The property is extremely well lit at night. Also, keep in mind that the police and fire stations are two blocks away, so this is an extremely safe neighborhood. NO SMOKING/ VAPING/ DRUGS/ PARTYING/ LOUD MUSIC OR OBNOXIOUS BEHAVIOR Because we cater to small families and couples looking to get away and relax, we do not allow smoking or partying in our place or outside on our property. We ask that you respect these conditions or you will be asked to leave without a refund and charged extra fees for cleanup. Of course, you’re welcome to drink and enjoy yourself, but going overboard is not acceptable. If you’re planning to party please choose a hotel that may not mind this type of behavior.
