About this chalet rental
Decorated with care, you will appreciate the charm and cosy comfort of this authentic chalet. Facing south, large sunny terrace offering an exceptional panorama. In winter, Ideally located 5 minutes by car from the alpine ski area of Manigod/la Clusaz and Nordic ski area of Beauregard. Many snowshoe walks.
In summer, the many marked trails in the middle of the mountain pastures allow you to discover the magnificent Aravis valley, on foot or by electric mountain bike. Located 25 minutes from the beaches of Menthon St Bernard and Talloires, you can enjoy the water activities of Lake Annecy. The chalet is located 5 kms from La Clusaz village, its amenities and activities. Megève 45mns and Chamonix 1:15.

Wonderful views, easy access to hiking trails and skiing. The connection to the hotel/restaurant was a great bonus and the daily baguette in the basket outside the door was wonderful!

We booked this chalet 3 hours before arrival as our previously booked accommodation fell through on the day we travelled. The contact, Isabelle, was thankfully very quick to respond and arrange the booking and check-in was smooth and friendly (including swift action from our host when our car got stuck in snow!)
The chalet itself is lovely with parking, a big balcony, fabulous views and a hot tub which we loved! The interior has a classic alpine, rustic feel with an open fire (wood was provided) and several areas to relax. The kitchen area is not huge but has all the equipment we needed for our family meals. There is a downstairs bedroom with the only toilet on that floor so it helps if you are comfortable sharing this with your fellow guests!
Upstairs is another cosy living area and 3 bedrooms. The 2 master bedrooms upstairs have either a bath or a shower and sink but neither have an en-suite toilet. It is only a few steps across the landing to the shared toilet however.
Lots of towels and gowns are provided and the beds are spacious, comfortable and warm. WiFi was excellent.
Access to the ski slopes either via ski bus or you can drive to Croix Fry ski area in 5 minutes where parking is plentiful and free.
The only thing that was missing was a boot room/facilities to dry ski boots but I noticed a side room by the entrance hall that wasn’t finished yet so perhaps this is coming soon.
Overall I would strongly recommend this beautiful, clean, romantic chalet!
