*New for 2023* Mermaids Haven is a luxury beach rental that sits right on the beach just steps from the Garden City Beach pier. This gorgeous house that has 6 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms sleeps 14 guests total. Mermaids Haven (Side B) is part of a side by side duplex that can be rented out together for larger groups. Pirates Cove (Side A) is identical to Mermaids Haven. Both units combined can sleep a total of 28 people. (12 bedrooms) Sleeping accommodations include two king and two queen-sized beds, and two twin-over-double bunk bed sets. Outside you'll find an oceanfront covered porch furnished with rocking chairs, ocean side sun deck, and covered parking. * Minimum age to book is 25 * No pets allowed * No smoking indoors

Our stay at Karl’s property was nothing short of magical. The house is clean, fully equipped with kitchen needs, plenty of beds and sleeping arrangements for a full house, beach chairs, umbrellas, SPECTACULAR sunrises and sunsets over the ocean, and access to all that Garden City has to offer. Karl is an extremely communicative, present and accommodating host who made our stay was everything we wanted and expected it to be. Our family truly had such a beautiful time together at this property and enjoyed many early and late walks on the beach together. 11/10 recommend choosing to stay at this house, or any other of Karl’s properties!

Communication was excellent. The property was in a wonderful location and beautiful and comfortable for all! Highly recommend this location.

The property was nice and in a great location. Karl is very responsive, helpful and friendly. We had a great time there. The only thing I would suggest is to upgrade the cooking utensils. We cook a lot and we found that area lacking.
