In a detached house that was once a former silkworm farm, an apartment (85 m²) with two bedrooms has been converted:
- first level: a fully equipped kitchen, a living room with air conditioning, a sofa (sleeps 2 people), a toilet, a terrace
- Upstairs: a bedroom with a double bed and a bathroom, a bedroom with two single beds, which can be coupled into a 160cm bed.
In the garage that will allow you to park your vehicle and bike, there is a laundry area with washing machine and drying room.
Owner in main house. Garden and swimming pool to share with a second small cottage but designed so that each family benefits from its corner of privacy and tranquility.
In this hamlet located 1 km from the centre of the village and its shops, beautiful walks in the middle of nature starting from the cottages, will allow you to admire splendid landscapes, pick flowers, fruit and mushrooms and recharge your batteries. 10 minutes away, in Aubenas or Vals, everything comes alive with supermarkets, shops, cafes, restaurants, cinema, thermal baths, markets.

We enjoyed your stay at Marie's vacation home very much.

A lovely gite for a quiet holiday

We stayed at the larger gite which was charming and nicely decorated. Marie and Christian were great and helpful with suggestions re activities and restaurants. The gite is on a country road but traffic is light and we did not have an issue with noise. We will happily return again in the future.
