VILLA SALENTO2 is situated on a lot that includes the house, the outdoor SEA VIEW veranda, a garden, and on-site parking. The access road to the house is private, shared only with neighboring homes.



The house has been recently renovated and made comfortable; it consists of 2 bedrooms, 1 full bathroom with a shower stall, and a living area with a fully equipped kitchen. Villa Salento2 can comfortably accommodate up to 4–6 guests and features a 700-meter garden with olive trees, Mediterranean scrub, carob trees, and ocean views.

SLEEPING AREA

The sleeping area consists of 2 bedrooms and a full bathroom with a shower stall.
There is one master bedroom with a sea view and one twin bedroom with two single beds (which can be joined to form a double bed).

LIVING AREA

The living room features a glass door that opens onto the veranda and patio, connecting the interior and exterior and offering a stunning view of the Adriatic coast.

The living area includes a fully equipped kitchen with shelves, an electric oven, a gas stove, a fridge/freezer, and all the necessary cooking utensils (dishes, cutlery, trays, pots, pans, and glasses).

The living room also features a relaxation area with a sofa bed equipped with satellite TV and a dining table.

Villa Salento2 is designed for year-round living, staying cool in the summer and warm during the colder months of the year.

OUTDOOR AREA

The spacious outdoor area is the perfect place to spend pleasant hours outdoors. Whether you’re relaxing or reading a book under the covered veranda or on the lounge chairs, hosting outdoor lunches and dinners, or—better yet—enjoying a delightful aperitif on the terrace with its large table while admiring the view of the cobalt-blue sea and the panoramic scenery.

The covered veranda was designed to allow you to enjoy pleasant moments outdoors while staying sheltered from the elements. The patio next to the veranda is equipped with deck chairs and sun loungers, while the barbecue area features a beautiful wood-fired grill for hosting a delicious barbecue.

Next to the barbecue is a beautiful outdoor shower with hot and cold water, enclosed in a stone cabin.

From the parking spot, a staircase leads down to the 700-square-meter garden filled with olive and carob trees, which opens onto a second terrace with a breathtaking ocean view, complete with a concrete table and chairs with upholstery and deck chairs in the sunbathing area.
