I booked this mainly to set a break point in a car journey from N Wales to Glasgow and was truly amazed at the price/value compared to hotel options. The rooms are huge and well appointed, with every facility you could want. The bathroom alone was larger than most hotel bedrooms. My teenage son was very impressed and wanted to stay longer, and frankly so did I.
The location is great for exploring Chester, with dozens of bars, restaurants and interesting shops etc within a 5-10 min walk. A private parking space is available at the back of the building and is easy to find if you faithfully follow Darren’s instructions. His email communications were extremely helpful.
It was a little bit “lively” outside in the evening, but it quietened down quickly at 11pm. Flat is on a pedestrianised street - so no traffic noise.
Never been to Chester before and keen to come back for a longer stay - maybe for the Christmas market. I would definitely rebook this if available. 10/10.
Only real niggle was the glazing in the main bedroom was a tad rattly in the night.
Needed to Google instructions on how to get the oven to work, but got there without too much hassle.

Lovely large comfortable apartment. Everything you could need for a stay away. Very comfy beds, lovely bathroom, excellent well equipped kitchen and very clean all over. Placed in a great area of Chester surrounded by bars and great places to eat right outside your front door.

Outside terrace that's advertised isn't accessible, no key provided. Health and safety issue as this is the fire escape
Fire in the lounge has been deactivated so evenings were a little chilly as the heating didn't come on either
My bad for not checking but don't go when the races are on as the noise is horrendous
