The vacation rental in Rauris features 2 bedrooms, 1 separate living room with 2 balconies offering stunning panoramic views in all directions, and can accommodate 6 people.
This tastefully furnished and recently completed 100 m² property is located right next to the ski area and offers a great view of the mountains and the garden.
The open kitchen with an induction cooktop is equipped with a refrigerator, a microwave, an oven, a freezer, a washing machine, a dryer, a dishwasher, dishes/cutlery, cooking utensils, a coffee maker, a toaster, a kettle, hot plate, cookware, plates, and bowls.

Starting in December 2021, we’ll be welcoming guests for the first time to our M1 – Mountain Living apartment building in Rauris.
The apartment building is located on the outskirts of Rauris. The ski area (Hochalmbahnen) is within walking distance, and the town center is about 400 meters away.
The apartment building is divided into 5 individual vacation apartments:
Two vacation apartments are located on the first floor with access to the garden.
The ground-floor apartments feature 50 m² of living space (living room, separate bedroom, bathroom with shower and toilet, and garden).
Two vacation apartments are located on the first floor with a balcony and a stunning view.
The first-floor apartments offer 50 m² of living space (living room, separate bedroom, bathroom with shower and toilet, and balcony).
The Signature Penthouse vacation apartment is located on the second floor (spacious living room with panoramic views in all directions, 2 separate bedrooms, bathroom with tub and toilet, and a balcony).
The upper floors as well as the basement are accessible by elevator (wheelchair-accessible).
All vacation apartments are equipped with the latest kitchen appliances and include everything you need to pamper your loved ones on vacation!
Induction cooktop, refrigerator, microwave, oven, freezer, dishwasher, dishes/cutlery, cooking utensils, coffee maker, toaster, electric kettle, stovetop, cookware, plates, and bowls.
In the basement (common area), there is a Finnish sauna available for guests, which you can turn on and use on your own at any time. There is also a washing machine and dryer in the basement for free use.
Each apartment has 2 parking spaces (1 carport and 1 outdoor parking spot) plus a storage room for skis and bicycles.
Our apartment building is dog-friendly! Our four-legged friends are always welcome—please let us know in advance of your arrival!
A certified dog trainer and dog sitter is located right next door. We’d be happy to put you in touch.
On-site fees: An amount of €200 will be pre-authorized on the credit card provided. This amount will be released back to your account after 30 days. The accommodation fee will be charged to your credit card after the free cancellation period ends or requested via bank transfer. Account details will be provided once the reservation is complete.
Check-in is available from 3:30 p.m. to midnight, and check-out is available from 6:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m.
