Villa Pinheiros offers comfort in a cozy environment with convenience, security, privacy, and affordable prices in the prime area of the Jardins and Pinheiros neighborhoods.
Everything is brand new and recently set up; our studios are in a small, completely renovated building on the corner of a charming, typical 1950s village. It feels like being in a country house, even though it's in the heart of São Paulo.
Lots of shops, restaurants and bars in the area.
Easy parking, various transportation options such as taxi stands, and two metro stations: Clínicas and Oscar Freire.
The studio has air conditioning, a kitchen, a private bathroom, a shower stall, a television, and internet access.
I offer household items.

The difference is that we include towel and sheet changes for stays longer than 15 days in the price, with no extra charge.
