About this villa rental
Between the Cévennes and the Mediterranean, in the extreme south of the Ardèche, the small village of Saint Sauveur de Cruzières where the Claysse flows, will welcome you for your holidays.
2 km away, is the hamlet of Lavabre and your single and detached house "Chez Axelle furnished 3*" with its large garden of 2000m2, peaceful and quiet, which can accommodate up to 6 people. Ideal for a relaxing stay with family or friends!
Your pet will be able to go out every day in the middle of the vineyards and fields, just before arriving 150 meters further on a path that runs along the river.... ideal for being cool.
In the village you will find a bakery, a hairdresser, a bar and a nice restaurant.
Several supermarkets are located less than 10 minutes away.
A large garage can also accommodate your bicycles and motorbikes for your rides on the 384kms of hiking trails from the house.
The house is a family home in the heart of the agricultural fields.
It includes three beautiful bedrooms, one of which is more specific for children (with games), as well as a walk-in shower room and its vanity unit.
The fully equipped kitchen consists of an oven, hot plates, microwave, dishwasher, fridge and freezer, sink and table for small meals.
In the air-conditioned living-dining room, you will enjoy a large sofa with two armchairs, a TV and a table for the whole family.
From the living room and kitchen you can access a 25m2 sun terrace with table overlooking the fields and hills.
Please note that our house is not accessible to people with reduced mobility.
On the first floor, a garage will be at your disposal to shelter your car, bicycles, motorcycles... as well as a washing machine!
