Set within walking distance to a large park, 1.3 miles straight to beach, and 15min to LAX & 15min to Sofi Stadium. Explore the Los Angeles area or just relax in Manhattan Beach - you can't go wrong! Child friendly and pet friendly! Living/Dining Space >Open living space >Cozy, homey feel >4 person dining table >Smart TV - Login to own streaming apps! >Washer/dryer (Although it is new, if malfunctions for any reason laundry must be done at the laundromat, no refunds) Kitchen >Fully equipped kitchen with pots, pans, plates, cups, etc. >Brita water filter Bedroom 1 >Queen bed with closet Bedroom 2 >Queen bed with closet Bathroom >Full bathroom (toilet, bath/shower combo) Patio >Private to the unit Parking/Garage >Guests will be provided a garage and can park in front of garage as long as it does not block the sidewalk -- otherwise there is street parking (beware of street sweeping days) Conveniently located close to the beach (1.3 miles), across the street from a large park with entertainment (friendly for kids and pets), 15min to LAX airport, 15min to Sofi Stadium, minutes to PCH which will take you up and down the California coast to various beach towns, Close to Torrance Memorial Hospital, Little Company of Mary Hospital, and more. *Straight to the beach and Downtown Manhattan Beach/Pier - bring a bike, it's a beautiful ride to the beach from the unit! Boardwalk overlooking the beach for biking and running - Manhattan Beach is also a prime surf spot! **Subject to pricing change for holiday months or summer months** Guests will have access to their unit, private patio, outdoor shared patio space, and a garage or parking space (inquire for more details) We want your vacation rental experience to be memorable and convenient. Keeping a comfortable and clean property is what is most important to us. We will be available anytime via messenger to answer any questions or concerns. We take the approach of being hands off on the property unless needed - we want you to feel like you have the home all to yourself!
