Locatia, personalul de la receptie, mic dejunul, camera, balconul mare si frumos amenajat, vederea la cetate, restaurantul si terasa cu mancare buna si ieftina. Felicitari!
Saltelele sunt cam tari, dar asta este subiectiv, depinde de preferintele si starea coloanei fiecaruia; la balcon ar fi ideale niste plase de tantari, pt ca intra tot felul de insecte din pomii din apropiere (la baie de altfel exista plase); presiunea de la dus este cam mica, dar apa este fierbinte si placuta totusi; frigiderul este destul de zgomotos, mai ales noaptea, cand se zgaltaie din cand in cand usa dulapulii in care este incorporat frigiderul; capacul de la wc se clatina vertiginos si daca te asezi mai brusc risti sa cazi cu el; prosoapele trebuie sa fie de trei feluri, de fata, de corp si de picioare, nu au existat decat ultimele doua tipuri; ar fi ideale niste halate si papuci de unica folosinta, insa nu stiu daca la 3 stele sunt obligatorii;

Locatie situata in centrul orașului in apropiere de Cetatea Făgăraș . Personal foarte amabil si cooperant, camera spațioasă, cu balcon , pat confortabil cu lenjerie si perne de calitate. Baie spațioasă, dotată cu tot ce este necesar . Restaurant unde se poate servi masa , atmosferă plăcută, relaxantă . Vom reveni cu plăcere in această locație !

Hotel is quite good, location is not bad - straight on the main street, parking is a bit of an issue.
The room was on the backside of the hotel, and nice and quiet.
Breakfast was ok, coffee was really good (espresso) but at an additional cost.
The check-in process was horrible.. Although booked via booking, and all the information should have been available, had to resupply all the information - took about 25-30minutes before we got the room key.
To be fair the receptionist was quite new on the job, but it still was way too slow
