Fantastic Family Stay and Great Value
We had an excellent stay at the Grand Orlov Hotel in Phuket! The absolute highlight for us as a family was having adjoining bedrooms—it made the trip so much more convenient and enjoyable. The staff was amazing from start to finish, and we were really impressed with their quick and high-quality laundry service.
We did have a minor hiccup with the hot water not working in one of the bathrooms, but it honestly didn't bother us much at all. Overall, the hotel offers fantastic value for money. We would definitely stay here again!

I liked that the staff was accommodating
The first room they offered smelled of mold, the second had a bed that didn’t lay flat and appeared broken, the third was okay- we briefly lost power in the middle of our shower
