Clean, modern, bright, airy. Nice to have a terrace and enjoy the morning sunshine. Walking distance to the historic centre, shops and restaurants. About 25 minutes walk to central railway station.
Busy street so noisy at night. 3 x steep flights of stairs so not suitable if you have mobility challenges. No fire exit.

The place is very central, walking distance from all the good restaurants, there is convenient parking 3 min away.
OMG the stairs! :))) You need to be fit and have good knees to manage those!
