Nice, comfy, modern, and clean apartment in an awesome location next to the gondola.
Seems very reasonably priced (assuming you avoid the hidden fees).
Comes with hidden fees not mentioned in the listing description.
AFTER you book, you are told that:
- Price of sheets: €10 per bed, towels: €5 per person.
- When you leave, cleaning can be done by you or it will be charged €40.
These fees add up to €100 per booking!
If you try to cancel due to misleading listing information, the host will ghost you. Booking.com customer service is no help - they require the host's approval to cancel and refund a non-refundable reservation, leaving you stuck.
