Don't need to shower or do laundry during your stay!
There is really nothing good about this place!
When we first fot to the building they had the front door unlocked so we could walk right in. Then a little later after 2 of my children had to go back to our car to get more stuff to bring in, they decided to lock the front door and hassled them for a door code and made them sign in. Why did they have to sign in? They didn't the first time we all walked in together....??? Then another of my children tried to take a shower and there was NO hot water! They told me for the entire building there is only an 80 gallon water heater and to wait 1-2 hours and try for hot water again then. Lastly I tried to do a load of laundry, each cycle for both the washers and dryers is $2.25, well after the wash cycle THRTE WAS STILL DETERGENT ON MY SOAKING WET CLOTHES! I literally had to wring out my clothes of as much excess water as I could! And the dryers...??? I ran these sopping clothed thru not one but TWO dry cycles and my clothes were still as wet as when I initially put them in! I had to hang clothes all over my bathroom and bedroom to dry and most still weren't dry 18 hours later! My favorite complaint is when uou bring all these issues to their attention the pass the buck because "they don't own the building" and they will "make property management aware of the problems that need to be addressed. The apartment itself was "clean" but everything from the flooring to the doors to the tiles in the showers was cheap and very poor quality! In my opinion, if you are going to rent out apartments even if you "don't own the building" you should still expect higher standards for your guests and not use that as an excuse for poor quality services. Over all I would NEVER rent from these people again and suggest you look into better quality accommodations!
