Best location worst appartement.

Perfect location.

I am usually not the type of guest who leaves negative reviews — as a frequent Booking.com customer, I have always had good experiences in the past. Unfortunately, this was by far the worst stay I have ever had. The property was extremely disappointing for several reasons: • Repeated power outages: We fully understand that outages can sometimes be linked to external factors. However, in this case the host did not provide any support or clear information. He did not make the effort to check locally or inform us of when electricity would be restored, and instead asked us to go to the basement ourselves to look at the counters — which is clearly not the guest’s responsibility. On the last day, there was no electricity for the entire afternoon and again from 10 p.m. until 10 a.m. the next day. As a result, we could not take showers, charge our phones, or rest properly before leaving. This made our departure extremely stressful and unpleasant. • Noise disturbance: A constant beeping noise outside made it almost impossible to sleep peacefully on most nights. • Poor equipment and amenities: Wi-Fi only worked in the living room, not throughout the house as advertised; the children’s room had almost no outlets; the parents’ bedroom had no duvets, only sheets, which made nights very uncomfortable. • Cleanliness and smell: The corridor smelled strongly of cat urine every time we entered the apartment. • Host communication: The host was unresponsive and not accommodating. They use several phone numbers, which made communication confusing and difficult. Requests (such as a late check-out, after all these issues) were ignored or refused without any goodwill gesture. Overall, this property is absolutely not up to the standard of Booking.com. It was stressful, uncomfortable, and exhausting. I cannot recommend it

Great location, very comfortable, all the facilities we needed for an easy stay in Istanbul.

the lighting in the main bathroom was poor

7 / 10

Adequate lodging in great location, some drawbacks

Great location, easy check-in, very clean, 2 bathrooms which is rare, bedding is comfortable

One bathroom door locks you in, other bathroom didn’t have a working light, kitchen was not adequately equipped (no oil or salt), no spare towels or pillows, toilet paper was too limited for the time booked (only 2 rolls per bathroom for something so affordable), living room could have either light or fan but not both at the same time
