The location is great. Walking distance to the train station, restaurants, supermarkets. 15 mins walk from the beach and to the core of Nice.
They have luggage storage after check out, in case you have a late train which is super convenient. The staff is super friendly and welcoming.
The rooms are small but they provide the basics.

Excellent location for a one night stay if you are traveling primarily by train. A short 2 blocks to the hotel. Room was clean, bed was comfortable. Staff was helpful when we had questions
Rooms were very small, bathrooms were tiny.

I liked the old building exterior and the location wasn’t bad as it’s close to the Train and tram to old town and easy 20 min walk as well with lots of restaurants around.
It’s run down and there is no AC that actually works. The staff are not particularly helpful or friendly and just gives off a kind of sad energy inside. Probably fine for a night if you’re not fussy.
