Very good

It was people quiet. It had a washer and dryer (with detergent pods). It had a balcony that overlooked the water.

The bed in the downstairs bedroom was horrible, it needs to be replaced!! Had to leave the bedroom windows open cause it was hot, then all you heard was the outside noise. Dinning room table to big for the area. Just to much furniture in a small area.
