I love the location. We have stayed in this hotel many times. The staff are also all really helpful and friendly
When we stayed there was quite a lot of building work happening so the bar wasn’t open and the building felt strange…but once it’s complete it will be amazing again so we look forward to our stay here next year!

We knew that the hotel was undergoing some renovation but it did not really impact our stay.
Because of the renovation we were given vouchers to use each night, you could use them either in the hotel restaurant or in the town casino bar, restaurant etc. We wanted to go out in this lovely little town so we thought we would try the casino bar only to be told that as we were British we needed our passports to enter. So the vouchers were a waste of time. We did say this on our departure but although they said they would note this you can tell beneath all the pleasant smiles and chatter is so what.

Lovely refurbished room, spacious bathroom, attentive staff, and a good breakfast - well recommended. Easy walking distance to the shops and casino.
No bottled water in the room.

Great location.
Hotel is being refurbished and is in great need of it! We knew about the refurbishment before we booked but didn't fully understand the disruption and how badly it needed upgrading. The shower was in the bath with no wall mounting, the aircon was broken, staff not very helpful. Too expensive for what we got, even with the 5€ voucher by way of compensation.
