About this house rental
Set on our 2,000 m² wooded property, the charming "Port d'Alon" one-bedroom apartment is located in La Ciotat, in the Fontsainte neighborhood. Its location is ideal: quiet and on the hills above La Ciotat, yet just a 1-kilometer walk from the nearest beach.
This lovely little 25-square-meter apartment, located near our home, has its own separate entrance. It consists of a living area with a sofa bed and an extendable table, as well as a loft with a double bed, a kitchenette (with a refrigerator, stovetop, microwave, Nespresso machine, and toaster), and a bathroom. A dedicated outdoor area will allow you to enjoy the tranquility of the estate. You’ll also have access to the estate’s swimming pool, shared with the owners (9 m x 4.5 m).
Parking spaces are provided with access via an electric gate.
Air conditioning and Wi-Fi.
New for 2023: a 12x3 m pétanque court
The property is non-smoking. Parties are not permitted, and we ask that everyone be mindful of noise levels to ensure peace and quiet for all; however, a friendly atmosphere is at the heart of our way of life.
As lovers of the region and its calanques, we can provide you with plenty of great tips on the surrounding area.
An electric grill is available.
Linens are provided, and the beds are made upon your arrival.
Cleaning services are available for an additional fee.
Another studio that sleeps 2–3 people and a two-bedroom apartment (T3) that sleeps 7 are also available on the same property.
