Our place has been newly decorated and furnished in a very contemporary style. With warm colors, forest-themed wallpaper, stylish plates, and warm lighting, it has a very cozy atmosphere. Perfect for multiple families.

Located in a quiet spot within a 10-minute walk of downtown Kaprun. Nearby, you’ll find many restaurants, a bakery, and a supermarket. The ski bus stop is right outside and will take you to the glacier lift in 5 minutes.

The place is ideal for 2–3 families with children, as it includes a family room with a bunk bed. In total, we can accommodate 9 people—ideal for 4 adults and 4–5 children. For 8 adults, the bunk bed is less practical and the dining space is somewhat limited, so we strongly recommend limiting the maximum number of adults to 6.

Notes:

- Zell am See - Kaprun Summer Card included, FREE.

- All bookings require an additional security deposit, which will be refunded within two weeks if there is no damage.

- The security deposit and tourist tax must be paid in advance by bank transfer only; cash is not accepted.

- Self-check-in is required; there is no reception or on-site service available. The host does not live nearby.

- The entrance to the apartment is up one flight of stairs. There is no elevator.

- There is ample parking space for at least 2 cars.

About this apartment rental
