Leave all your worries behind in this spacious oasis of serenity. The apartment offers exceptional views of the sea, the marina, the Circeo promontory, and the Sanctuary of St. Maria Goretti. Convenient access to both public and private beaches—all within walking distance, so there’s no need to take the car. All amenities are just a short walk from the apartment: bars, restaurants, pizzerias, ice cream shops, supermarkets, pharmacies, etc., etc.
The apartment consists of two bedrooms, a spacious living room with a sleeper sofa, and a large, comfortable kitchen with a sea view. Sleeps 5 in total. Wi-Fi is available.
The apartment is located on the first floor (above the mezzanine); there is no elevator, but it can be reached by climbing two and a half flights of stairs. There is no air conditioning due to zoning restrictions that are currently being lifted, but the bedrooms are equipped with ceiling fans.
The apartment is for the exclusive use of guests; the only shared area is the courtyard below, where you can dispose of trash in the large building-wide trash bins.
