Fully equipped apartment in a renovated former family country house (renovations were completed in July 2014). The right side of the house is reserved for rental units (the first-floor apartment is fully booked through May 31, 2023, and the ground-floor studio is available), while the left side is my personal residence.

The amenities include:
- Washing machine, Senseo coffee maker, electric kettle, microwave, convection oven, induction cooktop, 3D flat-screen TV, toaster, fridge/freezer, dishes.... The one-bedroom apartment has a dishwasher. An iron, ironing board, and vacuum cleaner are shared between the two furnished units.
- Linens provided (sheets, bath towels, and dish towels). Bed made upon your arrival.
- Separate toilet from the bathroom in each unit.

The studio has a terrace right out front with a table and garden chairs. Deck chairs are available. For the one-bedroom apartment, under the hackberry tree in front of the house, there is also a round table with chairs and deck chairs. You can enjoy meals outdoors while listening to the song of cicadas and birds. An outdoor ashtray is provided, as these are NON-SMOKING accommodations.

You can walk to the village or take strolls around the house toward our Provençal hills. Hiking in the Saint-Pons Valley, up Sainte-Baume toward the Grotto, or toward Garlaban along the trails of Marcel Pagnol...
We’re 15 minutes from the beaches of Cassis, 20 minutes from La Ciotat, and about 35 minutes from Bandol. You can reach the Côte Bleue in 40 minutes, heading toward Carry-le-Rouet or Sausset-les-Pins. The entrance to the Aix highway is just 2 minutes away.
