A stunning villa decorated with great care. It consists of 2 separate apartments (ideal for 2 families), plus a fully equipped outdoor kitchen—perfect for cooking al fresco with views of the ocean and the pool—as well as a shower room and a restroom adjacent to the pool.
APARTMENT NO. 1: 110 m² with
- 2 bedrooms, one with a 160-cm double bed and the other with 2 twin beds,
- a large loft with 1 single bed and a 140-cm double bed,
- a bathroom with shower,
- a separate toilet,
- an open-concept kitchen opening onto a large 50 m² living area with an oriental-style lounge, all opening onto a 70 m² covered terrace that is very pleasant in the summer, facing east and overlooking the garden and the pool.
APARTMENT NO. 2:94 m² upstairs, featuring
- 2 bedrooms, one with a 160-size bed and the other with a bunk bed, a single bed, and a pull-out bed (sleeps 6 in these 2 bedrooms),
- a mezzanine with a 140 double bed,
- a bathroom with a shower and a small bathtub (for children),
- a separate toilet,
- a 35 m² living area with a built-in kitchen, living room, and dining room; this room opens onto a small terrace. Magnificent view of the sea and the islands of Elba and Monte Cristo.
OUTDOOR KITCHEN:
- ideal for cooking for large groups, with a full-size refrigerator, large range, and gas stove, fully equipped
- this kitchen faces the pool and the sea

The house is very well equipped for babies and children (crib, high chair, baby bouncer, playpen, swing, slide, beach toys, and various other games). It also features a ping-pong table and a large trampoline.
A sandy beach is within a 10-15 minute walk.

We stayed here with 2 families (5 kids between 6 and 10 years old) and the house has everything you need. It is very comfortable and luxurious. You can use all the vegetables and fruits from the garden and that makes great meals in the evening (the outdoor kitchen is perfect for that).
It is also ideally located if you are interested in (water) sports:
1. We took sailing lessons (adults + kids) in the Prunete wind school.
2. We went hiking in the mountains closeby and on Cap Corse (day trip!).
3. Horse riding: There is also a Centre Equestre at 5 minutes that takes experienced horse riders on a great tour through the maquis and on the beach (even through the sea). It is located on your left side if you drive direction Aleria.
4. Although the pool is too small for real swimming, we made a construction with a rope and 2 bike tyres and you can easily swim 30 minutes in the pool.
5. For joggers, you can do early morning or evening runs (start before 8 am, otherwise it is too hot). You can make a little tour 5-10 km if you go on the walk towards the beach.
6. Sea swimming - the sea is perfect for that. You walk 10 minutes to the beach and on not too windy days, you can swim lengths.
Or you just relax, read a book, sit near the pool, lie in the hammock...
The house is perfect for 2 families up to 10 people. Above that, some people need to sleep on the mezzanine, only suitable for 'small' people (height is limited) and it is hot there in the summer.
