Chat the night away in the open-concept kitchen/dining area with an oversized island for the whole group/family. Features a washer/dryer (free laundry detergent and dryer sheets to get you started) to tidy up during your stay, as well as plenty of USB charging stations for you and the kids’ gadgets. Kitchen features gas stove, dishwasher, oven, microwave, blender and basic necessary kitchen utensils and cooking basics (including oil, coffee, salt, pepper, pots/pans, plates, cups and cutlery safe for children). High-chair, Baby Tub & Pack-N-Play available for our tiny guests. Games, toys for the little ones and Smart TVs located in every room, including the kitchen and living room area. The primary bedroom has a Queen-size bed and it's very own bathroom, as well as a dedicated workspace/desk and chair. The second bedroom has a Full-over-Full-size bunk bed that sleeps up to 4, as well as a dedicated workspace/desk and chair. The third bedroom has two twin-sized beds, as well as a trundle/toddler bed below one of the beds. There is also Queen-size memory foam sofa-bed in the living room. The backyard and heated pool area are equipped with lounge chairs and patio furniture for relaxing, and a small grill for outdoor entertainment. Bath towels, pool towels, toiletries, toilet paper and lots of freebies included. Other things to note This home is a duplex, it has a separate but attached “Studio Suite apartment” for 2 that is totally autonomous and separate. There are no shared spaces or access inside or outside of the home, guests have their own assigned parking and separate entrances allowing for full privacy for all. No sharing home, pool or yard :)
